With over 25 years of experience spanning IT, OT, cybersecurity, operations, and renewable energy, Garrett serves as Vice President of Operations and Infrastructure at Merit. He leads cross-functional teams in systems engineering, network architecture, Commissioning and project management, driving scalable solutions that support Merit’s growth across U.S. and global markets. Known for championing safety, process excellence, and team empowerment, he has built and operated the world’s largest O&M control room, integrated over 26 GW of solar assets, and delivered multimillion-dollar efficiencies across enterprise systems. His leadership is rooted in the belief that people are the foundation of every successful operation.
