Tonya’s journey at Merit has been inspiring and impactful since joining the team in January 2021. Tonya excels in her core role, effectively recruiting, retaining, and strategizing compensation/benefits for our Merit workforce. Her leadership skills are showcased by her hands-on onboarding process, as well as the significant contributions she makes as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and as Corporate Secretary to the Merit SI Board of Directors.
